Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By joining the KEEPS list or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and looking for a genuine connection. KEEPS is for individuals, not for commercial or promotional use.

3. The service

KEEPS is a human-led matchmaking service. A matchmaker may contact you, review your information, and propose introductions with other members. We do not guarantee any specific number of matches, introductions, or outcomes.

4. Your information

You agree the information you share with us is accurate and honestly represents you. You're responsible for what you tell us and what you choose to share with another member during an introduction.

5. Conduct

Treat everyone we introduce you to with respect. We may decline to work with — or remove — anyone who harasses, deceives, or behaves inappropriately toward our team or other members.

6. No relationship guarantee

We can introduce you to wonderful people. We can't guarantee chemistry, compatibility, or a relationship. Meeting people in the real world carries normal risks; use your judgment and meet new people somewhere public.

7. Fees

Joining the list is free. If a paid service is offered to you, its specific terms and pricing will be presented before you agree.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, KEEPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can leave the list at any time by emailing hello@wearekeeps.com. We can pause or end the service for any member at our discretion.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
